I facilitate a monthly ‘evening’ whereby anyone who is interested in transformation, breath work, alternative health and healing are welcome to join. The emphasis on these groups is to provide an open space for people to come learn and share information. To date we have discussed and experienced breath work therapy, mindfulness, meditation, innate health – 3 principles and dance therapy.

In more recent months there has been a special emphasis on breath work and mindful living.
